You will be guided to become familiar with how your nervous system responds to various situations by:

  • creating your own PERSONAL AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM MAP that allows you to bring awareness to how you think, feel, behave and show up in relationships in various nervous system states

  • learning how to RESHAPE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM BY BRINGING AWARENESS to and LISTENING to your body’s felt sense

Using the framework of Polyvagal Theory and Inner Relationship Focusing, a somatic process of safely paying inward attention to your body, you will:

  • Learn how to EMBODY CURIOSITY so you can gently move towards a more CONNECTED AND BALANCED STATE OF BEING

  • Be SAFELY GUIDED to undertake somatic exercises using the Inner Relationship Focusing model that will help you APPROACH YOUR FEELINGS WITH CARE in various states and bring RESILIENCE AND FLEXIBILITY to your nervous system RESPONSE

  • Learn TOOLS that you can EASILY APPLY on a daily basis to help you REGULATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM by working with the VAGUS NERVE.

  • Learn how to bring AWARENESS to your TRIGGERS so that you become LESS REACTIVE

  • Be guided to DIS-IDENTIFY FROM STRONG EMOTIONS

  • Experience how it feels to INVITE IN AND GROW POSITIVE FEELINGS and how this can GROW YOUR CAPACITY FOR SAFETY
